The Chief Minister of Telangana is going to release the application process for the Indiramma Illu Housing Scheme Phase 2. The government will provide 2.5 lakh houses under the scheme for people who belong to poor families. The government will provide rupees 5000 financial assistant for the construction of houses. Recently, during the Cabinet meeting, they have approved the new houses under the second phase of the scheme. The Chief Minister will release the second phase at Kothaguda village. This is one of thebrigade’se flagship housing schemes by the Telangana state government, where the government provide the housing facilities to all eligible people. Key Point for 2nd Phase of Scheme

By adding the second phase of the scheme, the government will reach up to 7 lakh houses in the state of Telangana.  In the first phase, the government had sanctioned around 4.5 lakh houses. In each constituency, they have sanctioned 3500 houses. Along with this, all the travelunities and constituencies in telangana state will get an additional 500 to 1500 houses facility. Eligibility for Families

• The permanent residents of Telangana are eligible for the scheme.
• The applicant must belong to a poor family is or economically weaker section of society.
• The income of the family should be under the rural and urban areas beneficiaries within the specified limit.
• To get Rs 5 lakh in financial assistance, the applicant must have their own land.
• The applicant should not have a pucca house.
• widow, BPL, SC, ST, and single women will get the first preference under the scheme.
• Tax-paying families are not eligible.
• Government employees are not eligible for the scheme.
• Family having four wheeler are also not eligible for the scheme.

Benefits Given under Telangana Housing Scheme

• The state government of Telangana provide the housing facility for those who are not able to build their own pucca house.
• The government provides housing assistance of rupees 5 lakh for the construction of a pucca house.

• L1 category for landowners
• L2 category for the Landless beneficiaries

The government provides rupees 500000 for the construction of a 400 to 500 square feet house. So if you fall under any category, then fill out your application form.

• The beneficiaries can download the Indiramma Illu Housing Scheme Telangana application form from the Praja Palna website online, or for the offline procedure, they can directly visit the municipal corporation Gram Sabha or Gram Panchayat office.
• As per your preference, you can choose an online or offline application procedure.
• Once you get the application form, fill in all the details in the application form carefully and attach the scanned copy of require documents.
• Then finally submit your application form to the municipal corporation or the official offices.
• Once you submit your application form, they will verify all your details and then sanction the financial assistance or housing facility under the scheme.
