The state government of Telangana has finally made the announcement that they are going to launch the Mahalakshmi smart card on 2nd June 2026. To provide the free bus travel facility to women, the government launched these cards. The women can apply for the cards at the Me Seva centres or Telangana TGSRTC counters. All the women have to pay the Smart Card charges of Rs 50 after providing the details like Aadhar card, mobile numbe,r and passport size photograph.
