The Chief Minister has finally announced that they are going to distribute land pattas to more than one lakh eligible beneficiaries under Mission Basundhara 3.0 Assam. He also made the announcement that they will soon resolve all the land issues as soon as possible. He announced land distribution at Deuri Beel. The polling on a survey of non-cadastral villages helps to get the land rights for the indigenous landless people. By implementing the scheme, the government want to achieve 100% digitalisation in the land records and wants to provide access to the real-time land records for the general public. - This scheme is eligible for permanent residents of Assam.
- The government provide the land patta benefit for those who provide all the documents.
- SC ST people are also eligible after providing their three-generation documents.
- 1971 refugees also get the benefit of this scheme and get the land Patta under Basundhara 3.0.
- The Assam tribes and the Adivasi community are also eligible for the scheme.
