• This scheme is eligible for permanent residents of Assam.
• The government provide the land patta benefit for those who provide all the documents.
• SC ST people are also eligible after providing their three-generation documents.
• 1971 refugees also get the benefit of this scheme and get the land Patta under Basundhara 3.0.
• The Assam tribes and the Adivasi community are also eligible for the scheme.
• This community does not need to provide three-generation documents to get eligibility.
