Eligibility Criteria

• All the women who are part of self help group are eligible for the scheme.
• The woman must have an Assam domicile certificate.
• The womens who belong to the journal and OBC category must have three or fewer children.
• Those who belong to the SC and ST category required to have 4 or fewer children.
• The government provide this facility for only those women who are in need and are not financially stable.

Amount Distribution

The government provide the financial support to the self-help group women to build their small business in three stages:

• First stage: The women will get rupees 10000 as a seed capital in the first year.
• 2nd Stage:  For the second year, they can get rupees 25000. The government provide Rupees 12500 as a grant and the remaining 12500 as a bank loan.
• 3rd Stage: The rupees 50000 will be given to those who have built a successful entrepreneurial business in the third year.
