Eligibility to Get Selected Under Madhuban Bapudham Plot
- The required age must be 18 or above.
- Should not have any other residential plot under the GDA Scheme.
- Only one applicant can apply from a single family.
- Valid Aadhar and PAN Details should be provided by the applicants

- People above this limit will be rejected by the GDA Authorities.

- Those who will not be selected under the scheme will get a full refund of their registration amount within 30 to 40 days after the draw date.
- Those who will get selected under the e-lottery system have to make the payment for the plots.
- 15% of the plot value for general category applicants and 20% of the plot value for the reserved category applicants.
- The remaining amount will be deposited in instalments.
- They will charge interest on all the instalments as per their norms.
- Those who will pay all instalments in the dedicated time period will get an extra 6% discount.
