KDA Pratap Singh Barhat and Rajnagar residential plot scheme is a major project where the government provide very affordable plots starting from chest 12 lakh. In these plots, the government also provide the special areas for parks and sports grounds. The EVS category plots are available at 4.40 Lakh, for the LIG category, the plots price is at rupees 7.82 Lakh and for the MIG category, the price is just 12.22 Lakh. Eligibility Criteria For Applicants

• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state only.
• The age requirement is 18 and above for the applicant.
• The government provide the income limit for the EWS, LIG and MIG group applicants.
• Those belong to the EWS, the economically weaker section, with an annual income limit of 3 lakh.
• For LIG (lower income Group): The annual income limit is a maximum of 6 lakh per annum.
• MIG (middle income group): The annual income limit for this category depends on several other parameters and may be up to 15 or 18 lakh.
• The applicant must have a valid bank account in their own name

Who Are Not Eligible?

• Government employers are not eligible for the scheme.
• The person who already has the property or residential plot is not eligible.
• If you have already received the benefit of KDA residential plots under any scheme in the last 10 years, then you will not be able to get the benefit of the scheme.
• If you exceed the income limit, then your application will be rejected.

Rajnagar housing scheme has 28 plots available under LIG, MIG and EWS categories. In which 4.5*9 sqft and 6*12sqft plots are available. The plot price is 1300 per square ft. For the EWS category, the plot price is Rs 5,66,51,4 and the registration fee is Rs 56000.
