The chief minister of Punjab met yesterday to announce that women in Punjab will receive rupees 1000 in monthly financial assistance from the first July. During the announcement, he also mentioned that the government will soon release many other big announcements for the Welfare of the people of Punjab. This is one of the major announcement which is made by the CM Bhagwant man with his recent interview. Hi, mention that CM Mawan Dhiyan Satkar Yojana is one of the biggest steps by the government, where they will provide rupees 1000 per month for the general category women and Rupees 1500 per month for those who belong to the schedule Caste category. Scheme for the successful implementation of the skin, the government has spent more than 9000 crore.

The women can register and apply for the rupees 15000 monthly assistance Punjab scheme at any time and get the full amount from July onwards. The full amount will be transferred in one instalment for those who have registered late for the scheme. 1000 Rs Scheme in Punjab 2026

The Punjab government provide rupees 1000 to Rupees 1500 to every woman who belongs to the general OBC, schedule caste and other categories. The government had made the announcement on 8th March on the occasion of Women’s Day. The registration process for the scheme started in April 2026, when the government registered women as per their eligibility.

The registration process will be conducted in different constituencies in phase wise manner. In the first phase, they have covered 9 assembly constituencies from 15 April onwards. And the remaining 108 constituencies are covered from 15 May.

There will be no registration fees for the women who want to apply for the scheme. The government will provide the benefit of the scheme from first July to more than 1 crore women in the state. • The women will get rupees 1000 belonging to the OBC and the general category.
• The women from the scheduled caste category will get Rupees 1500 every month from the Punjab State Government.
• The government also exclude those persons who are well settled and government employees in state or central government offices.

• The age eligibility criteria for women are 18  or above.
• The Women must be permanent residents of Punjab state only.

Not Eligible

• The income tax-paying families are not eligible.
• MLAs and MP’s are also not eligible for the scheme.

CM Mawan Dhiyan Satkar Yojana Punjab

The Punjab government is mainly focusing on women’s welfare and providing them with some financial support; the government has launched Mukhmantri Mawan Dhiyan Satkar Yojana. Right now, this scheme is very popular in Punjab state, where women are continuously searching for how they can apply and what the last date of the scheme is. There is no last date for the registration of the scheme, and women can register after the launch of the scheme.

Anganbadi Centre Registration

• Women who are eligible for the scheme can visit the nearest Anganwadi centre.
• In the Anganwadi Centre, they will register free of cost.
• The Anganwadi officials will provide you with the application form in which you enter all the details, along with your bank details and family details.
• They will submit your application form.

Common Service Centre Registration

This is another method where women can register through the common service centre by providing all the documents.

Door-to-Door Registration

• The volunteers of the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab visit door to door to all the eligible womens and collect their documents. They will help you fill out your application form. And submit to the officials.
• After the summation of your documents, the officials will verify your Aadhar card, voter ID card, and bank details.
• After the verification process, the women will be eligible to get rupees 1000 every month from the first of July 2026.
•  After July 1st, you will be able to get rupees 1000 or 1500 every month in your bank account.
